srcds.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I just recently started getting this message when i start my server. I've even deleted my orangebox folder and redownloaded all the server files. Still it comes up. Anyone else getting this?

I am getting the same for my Garry's Mod server. Complete reinstall does not help

I had a look around the steam forums and found that if you have steam running whilst you start your server this error will come up. Closing steam before starting the server fixed it for me.

its not a matter if the message disappears its a matter if it fixed the server
