SRCDS Css - Crash - when joining team

Hi people

I am new to all this. (;

I have just installed SRCDS CSS on my computer and i have added mani_admin_plugin to the folders.

It starts up fine and the admin part works as it should.
But when i join a team, the server crash.

But if i spectate notthing happens and if i change the map to a non-weapon map the server works fine, when i join a team.

But as soon as a get a weapon the server crash?
Is this a known prob? and how can i fix it? (:
