[Resolved] Another Server I can't update

OK I've got a recurring problem here.
I cannot update my SRCDS.

I won't paste my server running it says out of date.

When I update the box opens, doesn't update and closes. I've deleted "InstallRecord.blob" and it still won't update in hldsupdatetool

Here is what happens when It's updating:

-retry - Automatically retry every 30 seconds if the St
eam Network is busy
-remember_password - Remember password (if a username is supplied)

For example: hldsupdatetool -command update -game cstrike -dir c:\hlds

version: View installed versions

list: View available games

Optional parameters for all commands:

-username <username> - Steam account username (only needed to access
limited content)
-password <password> - Steam account password (only needed to access
limited content)

Please can anyone help I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

You need to run the hldsupdatetool with parameters. Create a shortcut to the .exe and add the parameters at the end.

I don't know what game you're running but here is an example:

hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game "left4dead" -dir "c:/gameservers/left4dead/" -verify_all

Then launch the shortcut. Launching the exe without any instructions will not work.

Im trying to update my CSS server useing Srcds and it keeps saying the server older than the game I need help on geting it to update the server and im trying to get the server runing on the new update for css and its runing on my computer (the server) I dont know what to do iv tryed everything Contact me pellowcody@yahoo.com(msn)

EDIT:I fixied that problem i got up above now i cant connect even though i port forwared and still no luck help?
