How do you add files to download

I already know how to download skins. I know how to make skins. I know how to create files and look for things. But the only thing Im asking here, is how to make skins download to clients computers when they join my server. Obviously this isn't helping.

you mean for people to be able to see the weapon skins in the server?

There is an eventscript for that but I dont know if it still works with the update, even the creator Einlanzers dosent know if it still works but you can give it a try (you will need to know how to for the most part code eventscripts or ask in the scripts request areas on their forums) http://addons.eventscripts.com/addons/view/wepmodelchanger
