Disable location in players voice?

In counter strike source, when a player talks, it shows there location in the little bar in the bottom right hand corner. Says something like "mjmfighter @ Bombsite A"

Is there anyway to disable the "@ Bombsite A" part so players don't know where the people are?

Just disable all talk? Then it is no issue?

No, obviously they want people to talk, and there is a way to do it, I just forget how.
