How do i make a JailBreak Server?

Hey guys, i have some a huge trouble when im going to create a ba_jail server.

But this only works with something called ''SDK HOOK'' wich i have no idea what it is.

I have no idea about this.

I glanced through the Jailbreak thread and if you download the zip and extract to the cstrike folder, it will work. Otherwise just download Sourcemod and there are tools for compiling SDK hooks.
