[CSS] Any fix for 64 player radar?

Server OS: Debian 32 bit
Processor: Intel Quad Core E5504 2.0 GHZ ( Two )
Ram: 2 GB
Game(s): Counter-Strike Source
Start Up Command: ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map cs_assault +maxplayers 64 -tickrate 66 +fps_max 600 -port 27015 -pidfile srcds.pid
Admin Mods: SourceMod, MetaMod

Is there a fix yet for the following error?

I have ran into a lot of threads that lead no where. I am running a 64 slot server with 50 bots. I know my server can run it just fine but this error slams my server down to 10 FPS which is very annoying and makes the game unplayable. I have been looking everywhere for a plug in to disable the radar or even just stop sending info to the client but nothing comes up. Has anyone have any news on this? I know I can lower the slots but I would like to have 50 bots, it is more fun Toungue

Because 2 to the power of eight equals 256 and the limit is 255 i think is the preprogrammed technical limit.

Why do you need 50 bots anyway? Isn't the player limit 32?
Keep in mind that srcds does not utilize the power of multicore CPU's.

50 Bots versus 14 players is actually really run. I figure the server can handle it because it was running fine with a TF2 server at 32/32 and a CSS server with 2 players and 30 bots. Wish there was a way for a sm or mm plugin to just disable the sending of the radar user message.
