Hi guys,
I'm having a problem with HLDSUpdateTool. I was going to update Team Fortress 2 because of the Engineer Update, but HLDSUpdateTool was stuck with this message:

Getting version 42 of Steam HLDS Update Tool
Then after that, HLDSUpdateTool exited without updating the game.
I tried reinstalling HLDSUpdateTool but the problem was still there.
Here is my TF2 batch script:

HLDSUpdateTool -command update -game "tf" -dir "C:\Games\Valve\SRCDS\TF2"

Try deleting the file "InstallRecord.blob" and running the updater tool again.

I ran it, there wasn't any InstallRecord.blob created in the "TF2" directory.
HLDSUpdateTool just gave this message:

And it closed.

Ok, I know what's the source of the problem.
I opened up Command Prompt, went to the directory where HLDSUpdateTool is, and updated it there.
This message came up:

No Steam Content Servers available, please try again later

I tried running HLDSUpdateTool and until now, I still cannot get it to update the server. Please, anyone, I need help, it's been a few days already.
Edit: Never mind, it's working again.
