HELP !!! Tick Rate

Long: Please Since the Update my deathrun Server cant run with TickRate 100, I put -tickrate 100, but when I go to server, shows in console that is 66, and with tick 66, is hard to bunny.
Fast: How can I put Tick 100 in my Server ?

As you should've known by reading other posts Valve removed the tickrate parameter in the first orangebox update.
It's not recommended that you change this.
