What exactly does the -autoupdate do for you in the srcds shortcut if you have to use the hldsupdatetool every time there is an update that comes out???

it's a check for updates ... you don't have to run it every time ... just check rss for new updates and run it with -autoupdate

-autoupdate only works on linux....
