Omer: Well we are currently looking for tutorial/snippet writers, they would be very much welcome. Since we have an awesome forum base I dont think we need more Mods ATM.

I recently wrote a tutorial in the tutorials section, dunno if you wanna sticky it or whatever.
EDIT: As I think of something more worth tutoring about for srcds, i'll write something up. Maybe write something for those wishing to run Gentoo on their gameserver but their datacenter won't insert a livecd for them

hay SirTiger i think you shud make skeletor a admin or Super Moderators too. i have gon thro the forums so i can better my srcds and i allways see skeletor in them
i have bin at thes forums for a year now and y am i new cuz i reilly did not have to post any thing untill gust now i gust whanted to say that. thx for the good help to all ho post here my srcds is runing good now

I also will be helping with some snippets (mostly sv_downloadurl M-A-P eventscripts and more...) of articles and such in such. Eventually my goal is a glorified sv_download how to, growing off of the one I already have posted.

One request though, can you guys *please* clean up the tutorial forum, there are a LOT of posts in their about troubleshooting which are meerly questions that could belong in this or the win/nix forums, can you just move those out so people using the tutorial forum don't get swamped by questions that don't belong.

If you did that it would be great.

I have only been browsing your site for about 5 days now and have learned so much, it has, and continues to be, a great help.

I'm just wondering if srcds is looking for more moderators here. I don't see enough active moderators on this website. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but just like kimball has suggested, we need to "clean up" a lot of messes on this website. A lot flames and hatred posts and non-srcds related posts and mod specific questions need to be deleted and pruned. As you can see, I have enough experience with running game servers and I even own a company. I will definitely help people visiting this website.
