[ABANDONED] Mapchange takes over 9 minutes, odd errors.

Thats realy odd that disabling vac would help. If there are no conection issue from your server to the vac servers. Are you sure the server is talking to the vac server and no stupid forgotten fw rule is creating this behaviour...

Thats weird.. But if you temporarly disable the fw anyways and do a mapchange..

As of now, this problem seems to be fixed but i haven't thoroughly tested it.
