L4D2 Dedicated Server FPS

wen i type stats it show that fps is 500 or so but wen i join the server is max fps 60 i have like this the setings

sm_cvar sv_minupdaterate 100
sm_cvar sv_maxcmdrate 101
sm_cvar sv_mincmdrate 100
sm_cvar sv_maxrate 30000
sm_cvar sv_minrate 25000

sm_cvar sv_maxunlag .5

if someone cand give a a corect sample to make the server run good but a pro not a noob

You cannot change the tickrate or the FPS of l4d2.

see now i have FPS 6

The fps is 64.64... not 6.

If you look how the numbers are in sequence. The FPS is the second from the right.

50958.56 Uptime
18.088.97 Out
19.39% CPU

60 to 66 FPS is what l4d2 runs at.
