[resolved] Lan Mode ONLY Error!

Server OS: Windows XP 32 bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6000 @ 2.40 GHz
Ram: 3.00 GB
Game(s): Garry's Mod
Start Up Command: J:\HLServer\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +maxplayers 25 +port 27016 +map gm_construct
Admin Mods: None

Whenever I start my server, I get an error that makes it so my server is ONLY in lan mode .
My official steam folder, along with my working css server and not working gmod server, is in my J drive. . Pleeeease help me! I've tried everything
BTW do u see where it says in picture 2 "so ignore what i said in my other post"? ignore that, that was for something else.

1 When did you install the server and 2 if its been a while and you just updated/just installed today all the garrysmod servers are on the fritz just wait a bit. (im not sure if they fixed it today but from my source)

i got that message from my provider and when i had updated my server before it had started the server in lan
BTW did you foward your ports?

I made this server 2 days ago, but before that I made about 20 others that still had that error. I have ports 27000 all the way thru 27500 udp and tcp, opened, so that's not an issue. Please help!

NVM, recent gmod update fixed it right up.
