SRCDS crashes

I updated srcds with -game "Counter-Strike Source" to get a working srcds after the CS:S update a couple of days ago, but now when I try to launch srcds.exe with och without parameters, it just crashes...
Help?

Server OS: Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition 32-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon 1.1 GHz
Ram: 512 MB SDRAM 133 MHz
Game(s): Counter-Strike: Source (Orange Box engine)
Start Up Command: I tried with a simple double-click on the srcds.exe and a startup line: C:\SRCDS_PRIVATE\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -insecure -tickrate 66 +map aim_map +maxplayers 6 -autoupdate
Admin Mods: Nothing at all yet...

Have you been able to get any Orange Box engine game to work properly using that processor? I remember somebody explaining that the old AMD Athlon 1000+ Series wouldn't support srcds.exe correctly due to the lack of something. Sorry for vague response. Your command line looks correct to me. Also you HAVE to use parameters with srcds.exe. It will not launch on its own.

I don't think I have tried anything else, but I think I know what this might be about, my CPU hasn't got support for SSE, but it hasn't been a problem before... =/

well...the first problem for you is that you procesor is not supporting the operatine system.
the second problem is that srcds.exe requires a 1.5+ procesor/core.
and look try this command line:

My CPU is supported by the minimum requirements for Windows Server 2008 (x86) - minimum 1 GHz.
I have run SRCDS before, not OB though.
That start-up line didn't work either...

Eh, it doesn't look good for that system bud. I tare systems like that apart with a mini crowbar to scrap processors and hard drives :/

Try to find an old P4 or something similar above 3Ghz those can hold a basic CS:S 2010 game server.

That system held a dedicated server very well a couple of months ago, I only used it to test my own scripted SourceMod plugins...

It might have worked for source engine servers rather than orangebox servers.

i try putting it in the target of the shortcut but i keep getting this error:

The name ' "C:\Program Files (x86)\srcds.exe"-console' specified in the Target box is not valid.Make sure the path and file name are correct
