high ping

before the update i ran 18slot 100tick 1000fps with 10-30 pings, now i downloaded the update with hldstool and server fps is not stable sometimes it stucks at 60-100 , (i have set fps_max 0) and pings are warping from 20 to 200+, and i have no addons installed


server bandwith 6mb upload and download

computer specs::

intel i7 920 8x 2.67ghz

4gt ddr3

win 7 ultimate 64

command line -console -game cstrike +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 16 +exec server

i have done virus searches.. nothing

any ideas what might cause this?

i think its supposed to be

sv_minrate 0
sv_mincmdrate 66

and if this is counterstrike i read somewhere that they no longer have 100tic so you should make

sv_maxcmdrate 66
and
sv_mincmdrate 0

problem solved by downloading new ob fpsboost.
