Srcds wont run!

guys help, im trying to run a server for css. but when i press start server, it says starting server, then it closes and nothing happens! wtf? help?

uh i dont have a startupline. i just ran it and chose stuff like how many players.

That's the problem.
Install using hldsupdatetool.
