someone please help me ok i start the guardian it says the server is outa date please update and restart and i open command prompt and do the update command and it opens up and still says it even after i update it could someone help me wit dis issue.

Put -verify_all at the end of the update command.

Or you can backup your cfg and addons folder and the maps folder if you have any custom maps. Delete the entire server folder, and re-install all of the files using the Hldsupdatetool and then restore your server configurations. I can guarantee you won't have the problem then.
