Well I will try to explain this situation as clearly as possible.I cannot understand the fact that when I join my private server after several hours from the last scrim,I noticed the other players(real players or bots) that they have a weird type of lag:trembling.I mean that when they are moving their weapon trembles as if they have parkinson in their hands!!!!This tremble is also noticeable to all over their model as well.So what thing can cause this type of lag?I think that is a minor bug because whenever I restart the server, the lag goes away but comes back after a while. So,what is the source of this problem?I also noticed this in other servers too. Please reply as soon as possible because I hate to restart my server all the time :@ and sorry for the fact that this topic might be already discussed in another section of the forum ( I don't have time to search, forgive me).
why players tremble?

I get that sort of problem when the map is the same for 8+ hours. If the server is a 24/7 map, simply remove all but the map you want from the mapcycle, and set mp_timelimit to something like 240 or 300.
If that's not the problem, do you have your rates set? If not, set these rates to try them out. Code: sv_maxrate 35000

Hey guy, I think that the highest rates in css are 30000,not 35000. Source: http://whisper.ausgamers.com/wiki/index.php/Tickrate

The max rate only determines the highest possible rate a client can send data... Good numbers for this are 20000 to 40000. you don't want this too high or clients will lag.
