I can't configure my TF2 server.

When i start my server it load every thing but the server.cfg and whatever map.cfg. The server still runs just i can do anything with it. I can't even change its name.

Did you save the server configuration as server.cfg and not server.cfg.txt? Try "save as" and save it as "server.cfg".

Nope its saved as a .cfg and is not .txt
I've looked at all the quick fixes, I even downloaded an already made file of a working .cfg, nothing. No forum site has helped yet so I decided to start a thread here. I'll attach the start-up command and the server.cfg. If any one could i would like to know if there are any problems.
