Lol yea sorry.

Other people are having problems connecting to the server. It is not showing up on Game-monitor.com or any other site.

Also here is another screen shot.

Did you try adding +ip <local ip> to your startup line? You don't have to open any ports when you enable DMZ (but it won't hurt).

I just tried that now and when I do "+ip 98.250.190.54" I get an error message saying counld nopt allocate UDP port. When I try "+ip 192.168.1.23" nothing changes server starts and runs but people cant not connect nor dose it show on game-monitor.com

1) Try temporarily shutting down your firewall on the server
2) Use http://www.canyouseeme.org to see if the port is open from the outside
3) Remove -autoupdate
4) Condense the last 2 rules on your router from 27000-27040 UDP/TCP

1) Did no difference...
2) Success: I can see your service on 98.250.190.54 on port (27015)
Your ISP is not blocking port 27015
3) Done
4) Done

After doing everything people are still not able to connect

C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike - port 27015 +map de_dust -maxplayers 16

I have tried adding + ip 98.250.190.54 and still get cant allocate UDP port....
Again + ip 192.168.1.23 did nothing for the cause.

Try removing the space between - and port

C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -port 27015 +map de_dust -maxplayers 16
