Problems on opening a server with co-op map

I've played on some server with co-op map,i saw those server have two team "Rebles" amd "Combine".

I've tried to open a server by my self,but i can only open a server with deathmatch+co-op map,so i can killing people(non-npc) in the map...

when i use rocket,power ball etc, i will hurt/kill my teammates...

i have already tried mp_teamplay 1 , no works...



so anyone have suggestion that i can open a co-op server with Rebles and combine team? And all player will forcely put in one team.
