Rcon issue

When I run my home server I can see it fine on Sourcebans and I can see it fine on HLSW but I cannot connect to rcon to it.

I've forwarded the port 27015 TCP on my router and firewall. i've tried the rcon_address "IP of server" trick but still no good. Any ideas?

Can you use RCON in Sourcebans (AdminPanel->servers->RCON)? Did you add your local ip to the startupline (-ip <local_ip>)?

I tried the admin panel and it didn't work before. I added the ip to the starter. (Guardian) and it just gave me "Could not allacate dedicated server UDP port". which is to weird cause its not being used by any other program

did you try netstat -o in prompt?
