Windows Server 2008 + Kernel Optimize

Is there any patch that can patch the kernel ?


I own a GSP , and i'm having some serious problems because i'm not getting the top quality i wanted to have..

i've been reading a lot about this problem, and i probably need some kernal optimizing timer patch or something...

P.S I have already enabled HPET.

With Windows there is no way touching the kerne. All you cn do is choosing stabel hardware. Plus you can mess with fpsbooster and process prioritys. How you do that is written on srcds.com.
