CSS! Weird error! Friends can join but i cant!

Ok.. So when i enter ip and port in the Propierties on SRCDS my friends can join.. But i cant join ANY servers at all. I get Connecting. And then it will come up: Canceled after 4 tries. But my friends can join. And when i remove ip and port from the propierties i can join but my friends cant. Please help : steam id: lilkjetil

Are you hosting the server on the PC your playing on?

If you are, you cannot add the +ip command on the server, but before you take that out, try connecting via your Local ip

your friends have to connect to <your external IP>:<port>
while you'll have to connect to <your internal IP>:<port>
