For everyone that is getting the error:
Cannot allocate UDP port; when trying to run their server online.
There is 2 things that you have to do first
Obviously open the ports that are needed for the game
SimplePortForwarding is an amazing program for that.
And when starting the server add the the command line
sv_lan 0
I was having this problem for about 2 weeks and I couldn't figure it out.
The sv_lan 0 command makes the server notice that you won't
be running a lan game and makes the server public.
Please try if your having problems and post results. Still running server
now.
