Urgent help needed!

I have a server running on my computer and now every time I try browsing the server list the only thing that appears is that servers name spammed.. the unique server IP's in the server list are still there, but the name shows the server on my computer and if I try joining a different server IP with console it connects to the server on my computer.

How do I get around this huge issue?.

Yes, thank you. That is soooo helpful... how will this help you help me with my current problem.
Anyway, I think the problem is that the server is taking priority of all port 27015 traffic since all other ports show up on the server list. Is this because I set 27015-27020 to TCP + UDP, when they are only supposed to be TCP?.

As I suspected, it was because UDP was enabled. This is now solved.

Just a heads up, the srcds.exe uses the UDP protocol for players to join / interact with your game server. TCP is only for RCON connections... If my theory is correct to what you did wrong in the first place you should not be able to RCON into any other game servers. ( Using the in game console )
