and could i have a bigger maxplayer setting as like 50 slot

You dont need such a massive video card youre running a server

Also your home connection sucks too much to host a server...

Still, NO ISP in our area will provide near decent enough latency or throughput for game server hosting...

UNLESS you shell out over $3000 per month for a 6Mbps unmetered metro Ethernet from Centurytel and that's a waste of money.

The Mediacom 50/5's are nice but the latency to other houses is bad. This is why you mainly don't host production game servers at home.
