Alright, so here is my problem. I am trying to run a TF2 server, from a remote computer using RAdmin (Remote Admin) It lets me access a second computer, and use it and treat it as a computer in front of me. Anyways, so I used Beck's wonderful tutorial on how to set up the server. I did everything correctly, but it just wont show up on the server list.
I used my internal ip 82.102.64.xxx in the command line, and it didn't show up on the server list. when I searched that IP it said "Server is not responding" and I have no idea what to do. Could it be that I have a static IP or no? please help.

That's not your internal IP.

really? it was the one I got from whatismyip.com or w/e it is called. Well, what IP should I be using then? because if that is the wrong IP, then I don't know what I am supposed to do.
EDIT: Oh thats my external ip correct? how do I find my internal IP then?

I did that, and I used that IP in the command line 192.168.x.x and it still didn't show up on the server list. Could it be that I have a static IP? or do static IP's help?

You will NEVER see the server on your server list because it is on your physical LAN. You will ALWAYS see it under LAN. However, others will be able to see it on the server list under your external IP address. They will be able to connect if you set up port forwarding correctly.
