I have 2 questions

Okay, my first question is that my server won't allow people to download maps. I have sv_download set to 1 and upload as well. When somebody tries to join, it says: Missing maps /maps "MAPNAME"

Second, how do I know if the server is on the MasterServerList? It only appears on the game under my LAN tab.

Open these ports:

UDP: 1200 (used for friends service)
UDP: 27000 to 27015 inclusive
TCP: 27020 to 27050 inclusive
UDP: 27015 and 27020 (default HLDS, SRCDS and HLTV port)
TCP: 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)

Second question: when you start the server you see the server is connected to the masterserver(s).
