Server Tick problem

hello,

im having a tick problem i think its my server its laggs when theres only 2 people in there

my command line: -game cstrike -console +ip 184.128.155.56 -port 27015 +maxplayers 24 -tickrate66 +exec server.cfg +map surf_buck-wild

i have 24 slot surf server but its only me and another friend 2 in total and its not lagg but its like you see the other person moving like he has lagg i think its the tick

how can i see the tick rate in console

ok i add that line then added {TICKRATE} to adverts and it said 34 why i added the line??

Well the tickrate parameter has been set wrong - you need a space between -tickrate and 66 . About the CPU-usage, look at the task manager

Also home connections aren't designed to provide stable and fast connections to other homes... This is why hosting a game server on a household connection is not recommended.
