Hi
I finished making a server, including,Port forward,Plug-ins,SRCDS things and so on.The last problem is,I don't know my Ip adress to give for my friends. And i didn't add any "-ip <number>" and/or "-port <number>" to the Start up command cause I don't know what they do.Meaning I don't know what ip to put and what port to put. So,I run the SRCDS,everything's fine and it's on.I went to my CS:S (Btw,I run and play in the server in the same computer.)and I saw the server in the LAN tab.I can connect to my own server and I told my friend my current "IP" which is like 192.168.0. something and they can't connect. This is my problem,I don't know what ip to give to my friend.
And I think I also have problems in Port Forwarding.(I off the firewall anyway). Thanks for reading,me and my friends wanna play really bad T_T

Fill in your local ip when behind a router (cmd -> ipconfig). Give your friends your WAN-ip ( http://whatismyipaddress.com/ ). Fill in your WAN-ip when you're not behind a router.
Open these ports:

UDP: 1200 (used for friends service)
UDP: 27000 to 27015 inclusive
TCP: 27020 to 27050 inclusive
UDP: 27015 and 27020 (default HLDS, SRCDS and HLTV port)
TCP: 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port)

Don't put any IP in your startup line. Just remove the -ip part.
Set your port forwarding to your local IP (192.168.0.*)
Once port forwarding is setup, give your friend your external IP (http://whatismyip.org/)

I didn't put any ip in my startup line. You see,Port Forwarding to me is very confusing so I Port Forward a lot of things.Do port forwarding many IP affects anything?
