Is this good enough for a 5 man private server for me and ma friends to play on.

Yes it will run without any problems, but it still depends on your rate and tickrate

Its difficult to say.. Really depends on your rate settings, and what you will use the server for. If it's a normal war server, i would say 66 tickrate and sv_maxrate 20000
