There are a few things to do in order for people to connect to your server. Go down this list and do the following:
If you are not behind a router skip to step 2. 1. Forward the Srcds ports. The following ports must be open in your firewall and router for Steam and Steam Games to work: UDP 1200 (used for friends service) UDP 27000 to 27015 inclusive TCP 27020 to 27039 inclusive TCP 27040 and 27041 only for CyberCafe Owners These ports must be forwarded as well. UDP: 27015 and 27020 (default HLDS, SRCDS and HLTV port) TCP: 27015 (SRCDS Rcon port) If you do not understand how to forward ports, go to portforward.com and look up your router. 2. Your start-up line. In your start-up line you must put your external ip in. You can get this by going to What's My IP. Then in you start-up line add the following line: Code: +ip IPHERE Here is an example of what your command line should look like. Code: -game cstrike -console +ip IPHERE -port 27015 +maxplayers 11 +exec server.cfg -tickrate 100 +fps_max 600 +map de_aztec If you are behind a router try your internal ip, which can be found by going to command prompt and typing "ipconfig /all". Find "I Pv4 Address" and the IP following it is the ip you should use. 3. In your console type sv_lan 0. This allows people that are not on your lan to connect to you. If you are behind a router you must do the following to bring your friends on the server. Your friends need to connect to you with your external ip. So if you want someone to join you, send them the ip you got from the site I mentioned earlier and add your server port after it. Example, 111.111.111:27015 The reason why you must do this is because when a friend clicks "join game" on your name the are being connected the the ip that your router assigned you, which is an internal ip and can only be connected to via lan (meaning they have to be on your network.) Players however will find your server in the master server list. This is only necessary with your friends through steam, etc. Hopefully I helped.
Im not behind router.I did other thigs you said. Ty for an anwser but still i get the same problem when i try to connect it just freezes at connecting Any more suggestions?

Is this server running off the same computer you are playing on?
