Need Help with Linux - taking Dedicated Server/VPS

I am limited with my budget at 45 GBP,so i cannot rent a dedicated server nor a good VPS with Windows.
I didn't decide yet if i am going to rent DS or VPS.
I am looking forward for someone who could honestly help me set up a Counter Strike Server on an un-managed Linux Dedicated Server or Linux ( CentOs 5) and SSH VPS.

Except I'm not located in Europe.
