disable the autokick for admins on tf2

We are trying to figure out how to disable the auto kick for admins on a lazytown lazynight server for tf2.

we run about 6 other servers or so, and the admins are not kicked if they are away from the keyboard, but on this server they are.

we keep our admins spread out through our servers so that people have an easier time finding us and we can monitor without having to actually be playing.

how do we disable the autokick for the admins?

We need specs for what your using. Do you have mani? sourcemod? what exactly?
