[Resolved] TF2 Server Problems
#1
Okay I am having troubles with starting a TF2 server...
I am using SRCDS thats why I posted this problem here.
I've googled a lot of times throughout the Internet but I still can't find a solution to this.
Hope you guys can help me.

I started my server but I can see my server on the TF2 Find Server List, I've already port forward, it's still like that. Another thing, I tried to join my own server using console, and is successful. But others can't join my server, even if I tell them to use console and I gave them my IP but they just can't join. They told me : connection failed after 4 retries. What to do?

Hmmm... That only solve the A2C PRINT thing. But I still have the other problems. Others still can't join my server and my server still doesn't appear in the Find Server list.

Port forwarding will fix others being able to join. Make sure you give them your external IP.
You will only see the server on the LAN list, but others should see it online without any problems.

I don't know what I've actually done to solve this, but I think I just go to my router page, for example mine is 192.168.0.1 then I go to the "advance" tab, which then I pick the "internet" options.
It states that the internet options is for "Special Applications, DMZ".
then I enabled the DMZ. after enabling it, my steam have some problems, it says "steam service unavailable". then I disabled the DMZ and enabled it, restart Steam, then all done

hope this might help to all those who have the same problems Toungue
