i changed sv_consistency to 0 but i didn't changed, so if someone can, plx help. Ty

Try updating the server with -verify_all
Does this actually effect game play or does it play fine?

Im suspecting that files are missing. Try update your server again (with -verify_all) as mooga said

Does the server still run?
When you play on the server, does the smoke work fine?

You would update the server the same way you installed it. Just add -verify_all to the end of the command.
