Haha, well its a good move on their part as they can begin advertising mac friendly games as more dumb mac users continue to download viruses and claim to be immune

I think this is a positive mood for VAlve. Cause lets be honest here, Linux is next. With linux and MacOSX built on unix then it shouldn't be to hard to port further.

MacOS is built on BSD.
While Linux, Unix, and BSD are closely related, they aren't as close as one would think. However, once it's ported over to openGL, that opens a LOT of doors. Who wants TF2 on their cell phone?

According to wiki, your right. Its in the Unix family, but it use's both unix and BSD components, with a hint of Jobs. Thanks for informing me, I had no idea. lol. As for the openGL, that would be just interesting in general.

This isn't a mac vs pc flaming thread, Tiger already pointed that out. I will not continue such actions condemning Mac users in this thread.

That's wise.. as they might release a srcds for OSX too... and we wouldn't want to make these people feel unwelcome here

Really? Hmmm... Makes me think about putting some old macs in a datacenter and selling MacOSX game servers

The way I see it, Mac is only good at designing devices/software for artistic and creative individuals for personal use.
