Try to use the "heartbeat"-command. This command tells the masterservers that it's alive. Also, its a good idea to add hl2master.steampowered.com to your server.

Ok i did this after server started:
setmaster add master add hl2master.steampowered.com
setmaster:
current:
1: 63.234.149.83:27011
2: 63.234.149.90:27011
3: 63.234.149.83:27010
4: 72.165.61.153:27015
heartbeat = should be automaticaly every 30seconds
Tested by friend, still invisible If atleast showed some error but its bug-free :/

The whole masterlist is a strange thing. What happens if you connect the PC running srcds directly to the modem?

No there is router, dont worry i have forwarded ports from 1-65535 + all firewalls off at pc also at router. Its werid :/ btw i have hamachi maybe it bugging somehow. But still any errors in server console :/

Normally im testing some plugins on my windows pc before i upload them to my gameservers on my rootserver. On my windows PC i experience this error, but i don't get it on linux. My windows PC is behind a router, but my rootserver is not (it's in a datacenter). I suggest removing the router temporarily and trying out the server.

Hmm I will try it(but it will be problem I havent modem i have only router and I cant set bridge mode in router because it will destroy my internet. Btw its strange because my server was working fine before 2 years. :|

Its kinda the same thing. :-) If you put an IP-address (a computer for example) in DMZ, lets say 192.168.1.3, then this IP-address will be locked out of the LAN and there will be no security on the router for that IP-address. It will pass through like if there was no router between the modem and the pc.

OK i found at other forums what is DMZ at my router: NAT>port Port Forwarding>Default Server >my internal ip.
So yes. I have My internal ip at DMZ.
Btw can hamachi bug it somehow?(but it should make errors in serv. console)-Btw it have same effect when hamachi and hamachi driver is off.

This is still happening to me and i have downloaded tons of mods for it but nothing will work. I also don't have a server config file! I need some help on this one.

Ports etc...
IF still not working try install new firmware to your router(if you have one).

More info : internal ip for server - your server will NEVER WORK!!!!!
external ip for server - everything works fine..
Question : How can i change my internal ip to external?(Please dont tell me buy new internet)
