I know it sounds stupid.
It is not my server/config. I just looked into a friends and saw this. It was obvious that Servers that produced the message were manually added with the server.cfg. I removed that ones and the error stoped appearing till now.
I posted here because i thought maybe other people added the masters in their config too and should take a look into it.
I heard valve is/was moving Servers. So if it is true that they changed something and people are still refering in their config to the old master setup that could explain the error.

Since I ran the HLDSUpdateTool (after deleting ClientRegistry.blob, HldsUpdateTool_**.mst and InstallRecord.blob), the problem had disappeared..
Edit:
Nevermind.. I got the message again in console..

I suppose if master servers IP's have been changed users defining their masters that don't exist anymore are having the error.

Till now the server i was refering to did not show the error again.

aparently doing some research the ip is one of 2 i belive ip for the master servers your server is hosted on wich means all
getting this:

Bad challenge.
"
means your server isnt connected to the master server or servers for me i remain conected to one of them while this one 68.142.72.250:27011, cant connect os it means no one sees your server annd the reason that the one ip is open is becouse thats the lan ip so you your self can join but no one out side your network can :<.

gah the problem reappeared just now. my friends cant join my server again. so just say it how to solve this problem? does anyone know? sorry bout that post last night, i thought i solved it and it reappeared today.

u mean... the A2C_PRINT thing is the cause people can't see or join my server?
thats... gonna take how long to solve the problem?
