L4D2 DS How to enable/disable vote kicking?

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows the cvar or command line switch to enable/disable the vote kick option.

Ah, that makes some sense since I have sm installed. Got any idea which plugin and how to configure it? I checked all the .cfg files I could find, voting wasn't mentioned. I just have SM installed, no additional plugins aside from what was included with SM.

I'm still curious how to re-enable the simple vote kick included in l4d2, but I'll use the plugin regardless.

Yes, L4D2 there is usually a vote kick in the main menu, but for some reason installing SM has greyed out the option. I'm trying to figure out how to re-enable it, since using a plugin for one vote isn't very efficient especially since people are used to looking for vote kicks in the menu.
