AC2_PRINT Error?

Last night my servers were working perfectely, now today i started them up and i got the ac2_print error which is apparently going around lately. I cant join nor does it show up on my server list. All my ports are forwarded and i have tested them quite a bit to make sure. I also tried installing that ddos blocker from techs thread (me and my friend dos each others servers occasionally for luls) but he isnt even online nor did that addon help. Any suggestions?

Server OS: Specific version. ex: Windows vista 32bit
Processor: Itel cor 2 duo 2ghz
Ram: In GB. 3gb
Game(s): CSS
Start Up Command: (Server 1) srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map surf_legends_lite +maxplayers 46 -tickrate 100 -port 27016 +tv_port 27017
(Server 2)srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map mg_jakes_course_v2 +maxplayers 64 -tickrate 100 -port 27015
