Hello,
I have been searching the internet for any and every solution to my predicament. I have just installed my server on my laptop (Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 @ 2.2GHz, 4GB DDR2 SDRAM, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit) but when it starts up no one can connect to it. I have tried forwarding my internal and external IP's (hoping either will do) but my NETGEAR WGR614v8 tells me "Server IP must be a LAN IP". I have tried using an external DNS service, like DynDNS.org, but to no avail. I could really use some help fixing this because I would like to get my temp server up and running so my friends and I can play.
Sincerely,
hadoN
Nevermind. I managed to figure out the problem.
