GAH!

Windows XP
4GB RAM
Srcds (Want's a Garry's Mod dedicated)
ULIB/ULX administrator mod.

I'm kind of a noobie to this whole srcds thing, but here is my problem.
I click on the link that I made (Directory [target] C:\HLServer\orangebox\srcds.exe) And nothing happens.Sad If you could PLEASE dis-assemble your explanation to fit a noobie, that would help alot. Thanks!
