Basically this happens if I go sniper, I kill die, then I switch to spy, it causes the entire server to crash.
I am not using any extra plugins apart from sourcemod stock. However I do get the following error during server start.
Failed to load Steam ServiceBOpenService failedServiceStart: failed to start

Try running hldsupdatetool with -verify_all

Didn't fix it, I downloaded a different copy of srcds, no mods fully stock, and I got the same error there too.

Are you on the same network? Is anyone else crashing the server? Could you also post the information stated in the readme.

Posting the server logs would help also.
Can you post your server.cfg and startup cmd as well please?
