SRCDS (l4d) on windows server 2008 R2... ¿possible bug?

hello people!, well, im running a server with windows server 2008 R2, with a C2Q q9550 CPU, and 8gib of ram and a 2x320 gib raid 0.

The "problem" is that the task manager always says that the srcds consuption is in 0%, even if both l4d1 and l4d2 servers are full....

Is this ok, or there is a bug with SRCDS and 2008r2 ? because the others programs that i run shows the consuption..
