so, I read this http://forums.srcds.com/viewtopic/9982. Then I decided to try to run a listen server. Same EXACT problem as my dedicated server. It doesn't show up on the internet tab. And people cant connect to it. Ports are forewarned, and i put my LAN IP in the router into a DMZ. So, WTF? Is this steam's issue or mine?

EDIT:
This just in! No kind of source servers work! However other games that utilize online servers work. I can host servers on other games and it works just fine, source games, nope.
You take a screen shot. In windows you press the PrintScrn button and past it into paint and save it as a jpeg and them upload it to the forums. Also give us a screen shot or copy and past what you get from doing an: ipconfig /all
I would be very surprised if that really was your local IP...

Delete that second rule with your external address.
Are you 100% sure that's your internal IP address? Did you set that statically? If so, try something a little lower...

k, i deleted the rule with my external IP, although it was disabled. And I set the 192.168.0.254 ip manually. I also put my computer in a DMZ. BTW my computer has a static IP, incase u didnt already guess that
EDIT:
This just in folks! I put +sv_lan and +heartbeat in my gmod launch options, now when I start it up I get this wonderful message (Couldn't allocate any server IP port) accompanied by the crashing of my gmod
EDIT: EDIT:
Cant start any source online game now... same error. Cant even start Srcds
well "+sv_lan" isn't a full command. It would be "+sv_lan 0" but that doesn't matter. nor does +heartbeat as it's an obsolete command.
Show me a screen shot of where you set it as an DMZ. If you have both a DMZ and port forwarding enabled it may confuse the router.
Have you disabled the firewall/anti-virus on the hosting system?
Also, you say you can host other games/services. What games and services? What ports are they using?
