Strange server crash.

Hello all!
I new here, and my english is poor, so please, be patience.
I have a big problem with my SRCDS. I downloaded server, everything was perfect. It instaled 100%, thats for sure. But when i try to run srcds.exe, when just nothing happens. Then I try to run it over cmd with this command : srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +exec server.cfg, again - nothing happens. I only can see new cmd window for 0.1sec and it disapear. Ah, and in my server folder generates new file with .mdmp ending.

I need this answer today, please

And if anyone can help me, i need just a Private server, to play with my 3 friends. I need easiest way to create it.

Run the server with this command:
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 12 -autoupdate -tickrate 100

This will do.

Run the install command again and add -verify_all
