Start srcds and idler on startup

On ubuntu 9.10, how can I have the srcds and idler process start on startup, and run as administrator?

I am fairly new to linux....and never really had to actually do this.

Please help.

Probably not the right way, but I did everything with crontab.

If you want to do it properly you can lookup init.d on google.
